I was thoroughly impressed with the ease of booking via the app as well as accessing and using the smart key upon arrival. I was also impressed that I was able to share the appointment with my guest who also had access via the shared appointment. Upon arrival there was some minor difficulty using and setting up the warm up and actual golf round…I was pleasantly surprised that I was greeted via remote intercom by a support staff member who knew it was our first time who guide us ring set up. Overall a very positive experience rightly priced…will definitely be coming back.

Like the automated entry system and simulator. Reasonable prices. *Update* - I left a portable launch monitor in a bay a couple of days ago and was assisted by Tracer customer service to re-enter the facility and retrieve my device. I was grateful for the excellent customer service and thankful that other patrons were honest and didn’t take my device. The entire experience made my day!

I personally love this simulator! It's easy to book and I'm always shocked by the low prices, especially compared to some of the other places I've tried. The bays are clean and private, not to mention the customer service is top-notch. Incredibly surprised by this hidden gem, and will definitely be coming back here.

Great location with lots of parking! The facility is very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bays are spacious, and the pricing is excellent compared to other places in the city. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

This is a self-service, reservation-only facility, and the whole process from booking to playing was super smooth. There are plenty of bays, pricing is very reasonable, and everything runs very efficiently. I’ve tried many other places too, but this is the original location and still my most trusted go-to spot. This time I visited the new location and had another great experience — will definitely be back!
