I booked online, and when I arrived was quick and easy. The bay was clean. The server greeted me and took my first order promptly. She came back several times during our visit. Making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The bays are supposed to seat six but four to 5 adults would be ideal. I had 4 adults and a toddler in my group. They have heated bays and it was around 60 degrees outside but comfortably warm in the bay. Overall a great experience.

Everything is great! Just the old fashion is too expensive and it's not worth it, Don't buy cocktails. The special burger was good taste but small compared with the photo.

I want to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding customer service provided by Reese, our bay host. From the moment we arrived, Reese was attentive and ensured that we had everything we needed for a great experience. However, I was disappointed with the management's decision regarding our gameplay time. Unfortunately, it started raining just four minutes into our 30-minute session, and while the rain stopped five minutes before our time was up, our request for an extension was denied. This felt like a missed opportunity for the management to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. In a service-oriented business, it's crucial to consider how decisions impact the overall experience. While I appreciate Reese's efforts, I hope management can take a more customer-focused approach in the future. Thank you for a memorable time, but please do better in supporting your staff and valuing your customers.

I don’t advise anyone to make plans to eat around the bar area through the week. The bartender was young , didn’t pay attention to her surroundings, and I had to walk up to her and ask for 3 waters and tell her that we were ready to order. We later ordered a mixed drink and sweet tea. The young lady was told that the tea wasn’t sweet and she replied back to use the sugar packs on the table. 🙄 The food was good, but once again the young bartender didn’t come ask how is the food or offer us any refills. She definitely was in another world daydreaming, or she hasn’t been properly trained.

I had an amazing experience with Gabriella as my bayhost. Her attentiveness ensured we were well taken care of, and her vibrant personality made the visit truly enjoyable. I would certainly come back to sit with her again on future visits.
