NEW EDIT: Customer support now claims my funds are gone even though this gift card was never used. They can’t tell me what it might’ve been used on but the timelines of when it was depleted doesn’t add up with former times of visiting TopGolf in the past. At this point, I’ve spent over an hour now talking with them and I’m tired of hearing the same things so I’ll just eat the -$50. Moral of the story is just pay normally and don’t buy gift cards. I appreciated the Vineyard location staff and their attempts to help so I’ll leave the 3 star rating instead of dropping it further. Unfortunately I don’t want to raise it up due to the lack of help from TopGolf customer support. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I love TopGolf. The food is always great, the vibes are perfect to chill with friends, and the service is always fantastic. This was my first time at this specific location and it’s slightly different than the one in Sandy. That being said, I came in with 2 gift cards that I had purchased and they “could not accept” the one with the majority of the funds on it due to a “system error”. I understand that may not be a location manager’s fault, but what’s the point of me having gift cards and giving topgolf, as a company, my money if they won’t accept it later in gift card form? Anyways, now I have to call customer service to get a new gift card even though I was able to pull up on their own website that my gift card had active funds on it. My first attempt with customer service either didn’t understand my issue or was just giving me the runaround, just wasting my time. This review’s stars will drop lower or come back up depending on my next call with them.

Usually we come for the fun and the food, but today they served us a $14.00 platter of vegetables that looked like it had been scraped off someone else’s plate. We politely asked them to double check the quality since it seemed so obvious and they immediately offered to fix it. The server was great, but the manager he spoke with fixed it by charging us for additional sides that someone else brought out in condiment cups. This could’ve been a situation that was easily fixed, which would have resulted in us ordering more food, but we decided to stop with ordering food and instead of extending our time playing we wrapped up and left. This was not an issue with the server, this is terrible customer service on the end of the manager.

We went to this top golf on a Sunday because the one closer to home is closed on Sundays, and we're so glad we did. the sunset was amazing, and the service was incredible. How server was Ryan, he was great. How fries came out cold and he got a new fresh fries in less than 10 minutes. He was super helpful and accommodating and just an overall great server to have. He made the experience better just by provided service with a great attitude and personality !

My son and daughter in-law took me for my birthday. It's an excellent place to spend a couple of hours, that's for sure. And for being outside, the food was really good, as well. I don't get out much, so I have a little bit of trouble being around a lot of people, but I was just fine at Top Golf. Thank you, Top Golf, I had a very nice birthday evening with my son and his family, and a nice dinner, as well. I recommend this place to everyone, you can't miss.

I’m not one to judge someone on a bad day or submit a “Bad” review, because I feel customer service is a rarity, it’s a dying breed in an Industry designed around dealing with “Customers”. So when I get phenomenal customer service I have to give recognition. On the day I visited I got just that, “Sammi from Bend” came busting through like the Kool-Aid Man with a great big enthusiastic smile and service I have to give props to! Making sure we were well taken care of and cheering along with our beloved Oregon Ducks Team! 🦆 Thank-You Sammi! Next time I’m visiting Utah I really hope to say Hi again and let you know how grateful we are for your kindness & customer service. Top Golf is an extraordinary hidden gem along side the most amazing majestic Mountain View’s I’ve ever seen! You Definitely need to stop by! ⛳️🏌️‍♀️
