Topgolf® Swing Suite at 3rd St. Market Hall

If you actually golf, do NOT come here. This is the worst maintained simulator I have ever been in. The bags are a complete mess, not one has a full set. Almost all of the clubs are either lefty, children’s clubs, have cracked faces, are dented, or have ripped grips. There are wires running in between the hitting mat and the screen so putting is literally impossible. Also, the hitting mat was not flat at all, which was the least of my worries given the lack of clubs… There are only two bays, so I can confidently say that both of them are like this. I had to share clubs with the guy next in the bay next to me. In totally we had 6 “functioning” right handed clubs.

Don’t book here. The simulator itself is awful, for some reason you hit the ball off to the side of the screen? The ball flight isn’t accurately tracked and the camera is seldom facing the target and makes it very difficult to aim. Very low tech and finicky, many time placing the ball on the mat caused it to read a random shot. System overall ran very slow and bugged throughout the session until it crapped out at the end and just stopped reading shots no matter where we placed the ball on the mat. Workers were extremely helpful and amicable and gave us a full refund.

Faulty equipment and poorly maintained. Almost all of the clubs are lefty or short. Had to go to the desk 8 times. Simulator kept crashing or not registering, both simulators could not detect the tee'd ball. Took about 45 minutes before we could actually play. Additionally, there is no net or anything to contain tip shots, not even between the bar.

the place is poorly maintained, no active staff, both booths had broken equipment, the software signed out 3 times, multiple times the ball wasnt detected after being hit. other reviews also say the same things and it would have been worth it to read those before booking. don't make the same mistake.

We scheduled and nobody was there when we arrived, we had to go find them out in the Market Hall, and they left immediately after turning the simulator on. As others have said, the simulator also did not work very well which was frustrating.
