Check your bill very carefully if you go here. If you host a group and put your card on file, be aware that you may end up being charged for everyone’s player memberships without being asked. In our case, the server never explained this or asked if the other players already had memberships. We were simply charged for three memberships. Another issue is that gameplay, food, and drinks are all combined on the same bill. This makes tipping confusing because many people assume they are tipping on food and beverage only. In reality, the total also includes gameplay charges, meaning you could unknowingly be tipping on the cost of the games as well. When I called afterward to explain that I had accidentally tipped on the full amount (including gameplay) and asked if they could adjust the tip, I was told nothing could be done because it had already been approved. No accommodation, no partial credit—just “sorry.” Between gameplay, food, drinks, and tip, our bill was about $480. Given the situation, it would have been reasonable customer service to at least adjust part of the tip or offer a small credit. Instead, they refused to do anything. Very disappointing experience and customer service. Unfortunately, this kind of response makes it hard to want to return.

My first time there and it was super fun! Love the concept, the food, & drinks too. All the servers were nice and attentive. But shout out to Kennedy for being super awesome with us and answering all our questions since we were noobies. I can’t wait to be back!

Amazing experience! I have to point out that we also had an amazing service with Jonathan G as our server. He was super nice and fun. Definitely my friends and I will be coming back.

Super fun place to hangout with friends and family. Everything but the food is great. I came here for a friends birthday and the food genuinely had me sick to my stomach to the point I threw up consistently for 4 days. Apart from that I’d say calm place with nice aesthetic.

Topgolf is always a fun time, whether you’re going with friends, family, or coworkers. The bays are comfortable, the games are easy to learn, and it’s competitive without being too serious. Even if you’re not great at golf, it’s still a good experience. The food and drinks are better than you’d expect for an entertainment venue, and the atmosphere is lively and upbeat. It’s a great spot for birthdays or casual nights out. The only downside is that it can get pretty busy, especially on weekends, and wait times can be long without a reservation. Overall though, it’s a solid place to hang out and do something different.
