Topgolf Schaumburg

I recently hosted our company holiday party at Top Golf in Schaumburg, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the very beginning, Valerie was incredibly helpful in coordinating every detail of the event. Our golf pro, Tom Eddy, made the experience even more enjoyable with his expertise and enthusiasm. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group, ensuring everything ran smoothly we even extended our time. The food was absolutely delicious, and they allowed us to bring outside food for our dietary restrictions. Theaccommodations in the Chairman Suite were both classy and comfortable. Our team had a blast with the scramble golfing, and the live leaderboard added a fun competitive edge that everyone loved. Thank you, Top Golf, for making our holiday party a memorable one! We can’t wait to return for another event!

I went to Topgolf and honestly I had a good time. I am not a golf person at all. Like at all. But the games they have actually make it fun even if you have no idea what you are doing. You can just swing, laugh at yourself, and still feel like you are participating in something competitive without taking it too serious. I went during the winter so yes it was cold 🥶 but they do have heaters and once you are in your bay it is actually fine. Cold outside, comfortable inside. No complaints there. Now let’s talk about the food. The food was terrible. Not “kind of bad” or “maybe just that day” terrible. Just straight up bad. We ordered three appetizers and halfway through we were all looking at each other like… yeah, we should have just waited. Horrible food. If I ever come back here, I will not spend one single dollar on food. Not one cent. Eat before you go. Trust me. The staff though? Super nice and very attentive. We showed up a little late and the manager still gave us our full time, which was honestly really cool of him. Bottom line. I definitely recommend Topgolf for the games and the fun. Just do yourself a favor and skip the food completely.

I really enjoyed it, but it took me about an hour to actually start playing well. I was here for the first time, and for two people 1.5 hours wasn’t enough. At reception, they didn’t allow us to extend the time. But the waiter was really nice — he asked the manager, and it was possible to extend for another 30 minutes or even more. That was actually good for us, as our hands were already hurting. The food was tasty, and the strawberry lemonade was great. Nice place. I recommend reserving in advance.

Fun fun fun where you have a free bean toss game as well as Top Golf games that are very high tech. There are many many cameras that track each golf ball you hit. It’s a great place and you can order food and drinks. I did not like the nachos or food much. Tater tots were good though. The nacho avocado sauce was more a mayo and not real avocado, and the toppings for the nachos were not good or fresh. You are coming here for the experience and not the food so I would recommend you eat somewhere else before or after. Staff are lots of fun and nice. They provide golf clubs and you can bring your own.

Had lunch and played golf games for 90 minutes and had a great time. The set up here is excellent and comfortable, perfect for hanging out and getting some swings in during January. The food was fantastic and so was our server. It was disappointing to learn we had to pay a $6 per person membership fee when we logged all our information into the system. The login process is also cumbersome and plan 10 minutes or so to log in four people. The cost is pricey ($80 for each couple includes membership fee, lunch, tip, and 90 minutes in the golf bay). The heaters were more than sufficient in January and none of us wore coats on a 35-degree day. Overall our experience was great and we’ll return for another fun day!
