The manager told us we couldn’t get more time because we didn’t reserve, even though our food hadn’t come out yet. We had just received our drinks and food when she moved us to an outside table, despite us explaining the situation. Extremely poor customer service. Worst place. Alyssa V. Is the worst manager. “If they had been upfront and told me we couldn’t extend our time without a reservation, I would’ve never come in. This should be clearly communicated.”

Employees were awesome, food incredible and the beer cold and nice with the Tajín. Love me a good Topgolf day! Ps. I finally remembered my bayhost name, Sasha was awesome!

This is the place to be for family fun! Our kids enjoy a fun outing after a busy school week. Our baseball team loves to be included in some fun outings as well. Thanks for providing a fun family atmosphere for everyone.
