Topgolf Miami Gardens

Unfortunately this Topgolf location was a major disappointment, especially compared to the Pompano Beach location which is far better run. From the moment we arrived, the place felt worn out and poorly maintained. The grounds and hitting bays look very dated, and a lot of the equipment feels heavily used and overdue for upgrades. Nothing felt fresh or well cared for. Cleanliness was a big issue. The bathrooms were genuinely unpleasant — strong odors, not well cleaned, and overall unsanitary. There was also a strange smell throughout the venue, which made the experience uncomfortable and gave the impression of poor upkeep. The atmosphere was chaotic and overcrowded, with people everywhere, yet the service did not match the volume. Staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive, and service was slow and sloppy. Requests took a long time, orders were missed, and there was very little sense of coordination or management. Food quality was also very poor. The food felt rushed, low quality, and not up to what you’d expect for the prices charged. Presentation and taste were both disappointing, and it added to the feeling that standards have slipped significantly at this location. Overall, this place feels run down, smelly, and poorly managed. It’s the complete opposite experience of the Pompano Beach Topgolf. We would not return to this location and would strongly recommend choosing another Topgolf if you want a better experience.

We both came to try for the first time and had a blast! Shoutout to Paul for giving us tips. All staff were friendly and the experience was amazing. I also loved how informative and convenient the screens with scores are.

I’m so pleased with Miami Gardens location… I did my son’s thirteenth birthday here and they were so accommodating with everything.. tonight we came again and we had a great server, Ciara. She was extremely pleasant to work with. I appreciate the humble service. Thank you!

We had some wings and a pitcher of beer. Both were good, but pricey for what they were. I do have an issue with the pitcher as well. For $30, one would think that they’d get a FULL pitcher of beer at that price.

Ayo was so hospitable! Our family had an amazing experience! We arrived late due to an emergency at a car dealership. Ayo gave us excellent customer service and accomodated our needs. Also, I'd like to highlight our awesome server Sarah! She offered us great food selections. She saw I was cold and turned the heater on for us too! Thank you Sarah for the excellent service! We are PlayMore Members, we will continue to go to this location! Thank you Ayo and Sarah!!
