Topgolf Little Rock

1st time family/birthday event here. The vibe of the place is great. Nice friendly staff( had a couple of waiters who helped us when our waiter was unavailable). The food was prepared correctly and hot each time. My drink was on point. Brook was great; he showed us how to operate & play the games along with the rules for playing. The booking & check in process was a breeze. Additionally, the place was packed but didn’t feel cluttered. I really enjoyed the space made available in each game area. I don’t know what else to say besides I can’t wait to go back.

I’ve been to several Topgolf locations around the country, and this was by far the worst one I’ve visited. First, the bays felt extremely cramped. The tables were very close together and it didn’t feel like there was much space between groups. At other Topgolf locations I’ve been to, the bays were much more spacious and felt more individually separated, which made the experience more comfortable and enjoyable. The bigger issue, though, was the service. The bartenders on the 2nd floor were very rude to me and then to two other members of my party. The experience was bad enough that I ended up going downstairs to the 1st floor bar just to get service instead. The one bright spot was Amir on the first floor. He was a great server and was friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated after the experience upstairs. Overall, I’m highly disappointed. This was easily the worst Topgolf location I’ve been to, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to others.

This was my first time here. I really enjoyed the entire venue. The staff was courteous and brought food and drinks out pretty quick. I loved the heat lamps. I was worried I'd be freezing but they put off a lot of heat. It was a Friday night on Valentine's Day and it wasn't overly crowded. We reserved a bay and it was ready when we walked in. I do feel it was a bit pricey for a night out with the family. That's the only reason for the 4 stars. But I will return again.

Our waitress, Angelina, gave us the ABSOLUTE BEST service we’ve EVER HAD! We had a group of 6 for a girls night. She was very attentive, fun, and even danced with us! I would recommend her service. Angelina makes us want to come back 1000%!! The best service we’ve had in a long time! Top Golf, this one deserves much appreciation! Top notch service!! Thank you and THANK YOU ANGELINA! We will be back!

The service was good, our waitress was so nice. However we waited almost 30 minutes for our drinks and another 45 minutes for our food, making us need another hour of play time to get our dinner. Once our food came out all of it was cold and there was hair on one of the meals. We were confused by this because other people around us had been seated after us yet received their service and food much faster than we did. After all this we only got a 20% discount. Service was good, but the overall experience could have been better.
