Topgolf Lake Mary

This was my first time at Topgolf for my husband‘s birthday and we went at 10 PM for the topgolf nights ($40 per hour per bay) The atmosphere was great and the DJ was playing OK music, however it was really hot and humid. I wish there was more fans outside for guess. I was not a fan of the drinks I barely tasted any alcohol It actually tasted like koolaid to me. The food was pretty good. The nachos were the best, The chicken wings were a big and fatty. But altogether, I had a pretty good time. I’ll definitely be back.

Kendall took care of us incredibly well. He was very friendly and recommended us which topgolf games to play. She was also always attentive to the things we needed. You have to evaluate that kind of attitude.

We had another fantastic experience at Topgolf, and it’s consistently because of the amazing team they have. From the moment we arrived, Harrison, the manager, made us feel genuinely welcomed. He’s always incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. He even noticed we hadn’t been in for a little while and took the time to fill us in on the new menu items, which was a really thoughtful touch and made us feel remembered and valued as guests. Our server, Alex, was exceptional as well. He was attentive without hovering, quick with refills, and made great recommendations. He kept everything running smoothly and checked in at the perfect times, making the overall experience relaxed and enjoyable. They were also training a new team member, Mackenzie, and she was awesome. She picked things up quickly, stayed upbeat and polite, and jumped in to help without hesitation. For someone in training, she already shows the confidence and quality of service you’d expect from a seasoned team member. Overall, experiences like this are why Topgolf remains one of our favorite places to come back to. Great people, great service, and a consistently fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to let you all know about my experience at Top Golf for our company Christmas party. I have been to Top Golf many times before and the service was always good, but never memorable… until tonight. Matthew Adams was our server and from the second we walked into the bays, he was INCREDIBLE. Matt welcomed us immediately and went out of his way to thank us for choosing to spend our company party at Top Golf. It is rare to find an employee who cares about a business like he owns it, but Matt absolutely does. In the 2.5 hours we spent there, Matt made it feel like we were his only priority and there wasn’t a single thing we needed that wasn’t immediately made available to us. Because of Matt, we will return to TopGolf for years to come. Matt is an incredible employee and should be commended for his friendliness, efficiency and overall customer service attitude! We stopped by to have a little afternoon fun hitting some golf balls. We were able to get a bay very easily and start playing instantly. We ordered some chips and dip to snack on as we planned on getting dinner elsewhere. The queso was very flavorful along with the salsa. Will definitely order again, thankful for their unlimited chips so you can finish all your dips. Service was slightly slower as our waiter was accommodating multiple parties, nothing the game couldn’t distract you with. Will be returning
