The place is awesome BUT BEWARE and carefully review your final bill! Made an online reservation and reservation fee was required. When I paid my final bill onsite, I failed to notice that my reservation fee was not deducted. I called the following day and the live agent was able to locate my record. I was transferred to the "admin" but didnt get hold of anyone. Tried again for a few days and no luck. Fundamentally, the principle is --- the reservation fee is required hence, it should be automatically deducted from final bill. At the end of the day, if reservation fee of at least 3% of just 70% of the full capacity daily booking is not being returned/deducted from final booking, it's quite a principle!
This was our first time at this Topgolf location and it was generally good for us. We came late after dinner (maybe around 10pm), so it was pretty lively in there. DJ posted in the corner of the bar area had a good mix and session of songs playing while we waited for a bay - we walked in, so we're placed on the list for getting a bay, but it only took maybe 10 minutes before the notification told us the bay was ready for us. We initially were assigned one of the bays on the lower level, but requested to switch to the top level which they did pretty easily and smoothly for us. Because we ate beforehand, we just ordered drinks - they were ok. There was one drink from the margarita flight that was really good! Overall, a good time and we plan to come back again.
I attended a work event and overall we had a great time! Our team gathered on the third level (the highest offered) and the activity of striking the golf balls into the open field, watching the data on the screen, and trying to hit the various targets was a lot of fun 😊! Definitely a cool invention! The staff were polite and attentive. The food was a bit of a disappointment as it fairly average in design and execution (and over salted in several dishes). There are plenty of bars and drink options and I saw they offer golfing discounts during certain days of the week. There's plenty of parking, the entire facility was very clean and well kept, so I look forward to my next visit!
This was my first time here with my wife, and overall, we had a pretty good time. It was a bit confusing when we first arrived. The customer service desk in the front didn’t explain anything to us. They took our name and info, then told us, “You’re at bay 315.” I was puzzled because I hadn’t paid or mentioned how long we’d be staying. Later, I realized all of that could be handled at the actual bay—but it would have been nice if they had explained the process upfront. When we got to our bay, I still wasn’t sure how things worked. Thankfully, a very nice waiter noticed we looked a little lost and came over to help. He explained how to use the machine, how the games worked, and made sure we had everything we needed. He was respectful, attentive, and checked on us regularly. Once we understood the setup, it was pretty simple. The games were actually a lot of fun, and there were different types of golf games to choose from. I’d definitely come back with a few friends and spend the day here.
We had a very disappointing experience at Topgolf King of Prussia. I organized a team-building event for 24 volunteers from our non profit organization and reserved 4 bays. Our goal was to create a motivating and collaborative experience for our team. Multiple times both over the phone and in person, starting three days before the event, we specifically requested side by side bays so our group could stay together. Each time, we were assured that this would not be an issue. However, when we arrived, that request was not honored. As a result, our group was split up, which defeated the purpose of organizing a team-building event. We were also informed that side-by-side bays are essentially guaranteed only if you purchase their event package, which costs $44 per person plus a 20% service charge. This felt misleading, especially since we had been repeatedly told our request would be accommodated without requiring the package. Another major concern is that the event packages do not allow à la carte ordering. You are limited to their preset event menu options, and unfortunately, the food quality and variety were very poor. The event menu offerings were disappointing and not worth the cost, especially when combined with the mandatory service charge. As someone who carefully arranged this event to appreciate and motivate our volunteer team, the lack of transparency, flexibility, and follow through was extremely frustrating. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves communication, honesty, and customer experience for group bookings
