Topgolf Jacksonville

Had an awesome time at Topgolf Jacksonville! The food was really good, the drinks were well balanced, and the atmosphere made the whole experience even better. It’s a great place to relax, have fun, and enjoy some time with friends. The service was great as well—staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly for us throughout the visit. Overall it was a really enjoyable experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun outing in Jacksonville. Looking forward to coming back again!

Had a lil trouble with the app at first and learning how everything works via the phone and doing the monthly membership deal with free app. Once we figured it out, It went smooth. Loved the pool table, mini golf, food, bay area and the golf games. Had alot of fun. Played 3 games rounds within 60 mins for two people. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. They take reservations and walk ins. Handicap accessible. Gluten free and vegan available food. Kid and baby friendly.

Had a great time playing golf. But the food was horrible. I asked for the chicken wings to be cooked well done. After we (party of 5) started eating them we saw they were still bloody and raw. I ask for a manager and showed him the wings… he told me they are well done and that was just a blood vessel 😂. The disrespect only continued from him during the conversation. He insisted that he would eat them like that and also feed these wings to his kids, even tho he stated he didn’t have children. Absolutely insane. Thankfully none of us got sick. Would I go to this top golf again? Sure I would, but only for golf, drinks and chips with dip !!!

Cool spot to hangout with friends and family. Quality of food is blah at best. Great customer service though.

Waited over an hour in a half for a platter with nothing but salt. And dry wings. The server wasn’t very attentive. They extended out playing time an additional 30 mins twice because we were still waiting on our food. And brought the bill and stated it was discounted. They took off $19 for extending it.
