Topgolf Holtsville

I’m from Brooklyn, so this was a bit of a deep drive but worth it. All the staff were friendly and attentive. was worried about it being cold but they have powerful outside heaters to keep you warm. The food was just okay, enjoyed the drinks more. Would def go again, had a great time

Went in to play a cool 1 hr game, everything was fine. The atmosphere is nice and everything seemed good as other top golf’s are. The problem was with the bill… it’s not about how much the incidence was but more of what was done. The bill came out to be 40.50$ for 1 hour of play. That’s what was written on the check the night of. Come to find out on my bill statement, it went to 43.50$. So the server or whoever it was decided to add a 3$ tip. Mind you, we didn’t order any food so the only time I saw the server was when we came in and when we ended the night. I don’t know if the tip or gratuity was included in playing a game without ordering food but the mysterious 3$ came out of nowhere. I would double check the receipt and the bill at this place, maybe keep the receipt for future references 👀

Hannah was an outstanding server at Topgolf Holtsville and truly made the experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, she was attentive, energetic, and incredibly friendly, always checking in at just the right times and making sure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude, quick service, and genuine care for our group really stood out and elevated the whole visit. You can tell she takes pride in what she does—Topgolf is lucky to have someone as passionate and hardworking as Hannah. Would 100% hope to have her as our server again! 👏⛳️

We visited this location several times and are always satisfied with the service, atmosphere, and food. The children are always excited to visit irrespective of the 1 hour drive there and the return trip. The staff and managers are extremely courteous, helpful, and accommodating. We cannot wait to visit again and have been telling our friends about our pleasant experiences.

I need to humbly do a specific shout out to my server Trejon! He was absolutely amazing and made my son's birthday 🎂 so worth it all! Will highly recommend and will be back! Hopefully with the same server! Xoxo
