We arrived at 2:10 for our 2:15 reservation. There was no wait. Our server was great and food arrived quickly and warm! Even though it was snowing today, the bay was warm and comfortable. I would only suggest bringing a blanket if its a cold/windy day. A great way yo celebrate a February birthday.

Waited almost two hours for a bay tonight and ended up getting turned away after our name was finally called. Hope this reaches management and are properly compensated. When we first checked in around 8:45 pm, we were told the wait would be about 1 hour and 45 minutes. We agreed and waited the entire time. When we were finally called, the same employee who checked us in asked everyone’s ages and told us that after 9 pm a 21+ adult has to be present because it becomes a bar. The problem is that this was never mentioned when we first checked in, even though it would have been 9 pm only 15 minutes later. If we had been told that upfront, we obviously wouldn’t have waited almost two hours. It was extremely frustrating to spend that much time waiting only to be turned away for something that could have easily been communicated at the beginning. The employee also came across as pretty dismissive and unfriendly both when we checked in and when we were turned away. Overall it felt like a huge waste of time and could have been avoided with basic communication. We live 2.5 hours away just for nothing. I hope this issue gets fixed immediately.

We had a really nice server. The food was good though i did ask for extra crispy wings and they weren't. I really recommend the nachos and the Pina Colada. Overall great experience. Would definitely come back.

Worst experience ever! I hope this review reaches management. This is my second time at top golf however the last time I went it was the Illinois location near Chicago. For starters, arriving to reserve a bay I spoke with the front desk worker and she was sassy. With my friend with me we told her we have a group of 6 people. This was at 8:45. Me and my friend are both 18. We had one other person in the group who was 18 and the others were 17 and 16. However she did not ever ask us our age. She spoke to us as if we weren’t serious in getting a spot. After telling us that the wait would be 1 hour 45 minutes we decided to sit in the parking lot and wait. 1 hour and 45 minutes later we got a call that our spot was ready. We went inside as a group and the worker didn’t even ask us anything besides “how old are you?” I told her that I myself and 2 of my friends are 18. And she said “how old is the whole group?” After telling her our ages she immediately said you need to be 21 because the bar is open now so you’ll need to call your parent or someone. We live 2 hours away. Didn’t offer any other solution so we just left. The workers should let people know ahead of time that they will need to be 21 to have people under 18 with them. Crazy that she didn’t even mention it before the bar opened. This needs to be fixed immediately. 2 hours back home for nothing!
