Topgolf Chattanooga

This was not like the other Top Golf locations I have been to. It's a cozy single level location which wouldn't be bad but the wait times are unbelievably harsh. It says walk-ins welcome but they are telling people that there is a 6+ hour wait. We arrived at 11:30 and were told nothing was available until 7 pm. So with no choice we book for that time. Got back hoping there was some improvement. Was told no and we could wait the next hour at the bar. Sure, I'll watch the game...or so I thought! Great drinks but how do you have televisions with black lines in them? Come-on. While this place still gives a good time, it's definitely in need of some serious upgrades.

Amazing service from start to finish! We had such a great time at Topgolf — and a big part of that was thanks to our server Hadley. She was friendly, attentive, and always checked in at just the right moments without being overbearing. Drinks were refilled quickly, food arrived hot, and she made sure we had everything we needed. Her upbeat attitude really made our visit that much better. Great service like that makes all the difference.

This topgolg has 36 bays. When I arrived the app listed no wait. I was then told at check in there would be a 45 minute wait. I was later told I would have to wait for a shift change which is 30 minutes after my estimated time. Only 11 bays are in use and that has been the case the entire time I have been waiting. The person I am assuming to be the manager is telling me "there is nothing I can do". I am frustrated at this level of customer service. I have now been waiting for over an hour and 70% of the bays are not in use. This does not feel like a good way to run a business and is extremely frustrating to the customer. The lack of proper communication and artificial restrictions is damaging to the brand. I can no longer recommend topgolf as a fun experience.

One of the best activities to do in the Chattanooga area! Came here in 2022 and was my first time using real golf clubs after mostly mini golfing. Recently came here in November 2025 with my groomsmen for our bachelor party, the day before my wedding, and we had a blast! Would love to come here again with family or friends!

Got told it was going to be 3-4 hours and then was told it was going to be 15 minutes. All the sudden, we are at the back of the wait. The girl at the front then told us an hour and a half. After waiting over an hour, we went up just to see about how long it would be because we saw a bunch of open bays. She said it was going to be at least over an hour. We also waited at the bar for 30 minutes before we were served. The customer service was overall horrible. We would’ve tried to wait, but it was also freezing with absolutely no space heaters on.
