We visited Top Golf around noon, and it was packed, but there was no issue finding parking. We reserved a two hour session ahead of time though, and our spot was already available, so there was no issue with space. We had a pretty great time overall. The staff were very friendly, the manager came over to personally greet us and make sure we were being treated well. The drinks and food we ordered were pretty good too, nothing too special though. $100 for a 2 hour session with up to 6 people is a pretty good price. It’s only one story though, just an interesting thing since most others I’ve visited were a two story location. We had a good time, and we’d definitely come here again.
I went to TopGolf to celebrate my birthday and it was an amazing experience. This was my first time trying the experience after so many firsthand reviews and i will say i was thoroughly impressed. we were met w/ great service the ENTIRE time, even though we got there around closing time. the red shirt manager came and checked on us lots of times, the chef himself came outside to clarify a food situation, and our server, Sydney, was prompt, friendly, and attentive. On top of everything, the food and drinks were top notch and well worth the money. my group and I had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday in the cold. will definitely be going back soon.
After a questionable experience at TG Greenville, we decided to give TG Augusta a try on our way home. Unfortunately, for the second time in 24 hours, the staff acted as if customers didn’t matter. The young lady today didn’t say a single word until I initiated the conversation with, “Good morning, how are you?” All I got back was a quiet “morning.” If you don’t want to engage with customers, it may be time to find another job. Overall, we still enjoyed our time today, but TG corporate really needs to fine‑tune their customer service training and talking points for when guests arrive.
The worse experience ever at this particular location. Field covered, 7 of us at one table. 3 couples ordered pitchers of beer, I ordered a pint because I drink something different and slow. I was refused another because the others had ordered pitchers, even though I had my own tab and only one drink. Was refused to extend our time, was told we would have to move to another bay. The place was all but empty the majority of the rush was gone it was 10:30pm. During the entries for the qualifying rounds the server turned off the screen (bussing area) while we were inputting our entries. We did not stay. Policy or not we have never had this problem at any other Top Golf.
Topgolf is way too expensive to be this poorly run. We paid $230 and then had an issue that an employee who said he was a manager told us he would fix. He promised to move us to another bay and give us an extra hour at no charge because they messed up. When we finished and were about to leave, another manager came over and completely changed the story. He said the first guy wasn’t authorized, claimed he left because he “knew better,” and then charged us almost $100 more anyway. On top of that, he acted like we were never told that in the first place. Customers shouldn’t be punished because staff doesn’t communicate or follow their own policies. This felt dishonest, disorganized, and extremely frustrating. For the amount of money they charge, the service should be WAY better. Definitely won’t be back.
