Topgolf Allen

A fun family activity for all ages. I like the online reservation system for efficient visits. Service was great with attentive/knowledgeable staff. Food was on pub derived and festive. Drinks are good. There are discount days and times to help with budget. Overall fun for everyone that I will visit occasionally..

We wanted to give a huge shoutout to Paradise at Topgolf Allen. She was our Bay Host during our visit, and she truly made our experience memorable. This was our family’s first time in Texas, and we were visiting relatives who wanted to take us to Topgolf. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side it was really cold, and even though the heaters were available, they weren’t working as well as we hoped. It definitely made it harder to enjoy the game while we were freezing. But Paradise completely turned our experience around. We never once had to look for her; she was always nearby, attentive, and incredibly helpful. My family enjoyed her energy and kindness so much. She went above and beyond in ways we didn’t expect. She noticed how cold we were and offered us cups of hot water to help keep us warm, which made such a big difference that we ended up staying longer and having way more fun. We just want to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. She is an excellent server with amazing hospitality, and if we ever return to this location, we truly hope to see her again. Thank you, Paradise, for making our visit special despite the weather!

It's 285 for 2 and a half hours plus 100 bucks of included food. The food isn't that great. The "nachos" aren't worth it. The cheese is laughable. You might as well skip that and get the unlimited chips and queso. There's barely any cheese on it. The salsa tastes like tomato pasta sauce. Barely any "salsa" flavor. It's incredibly loud here. Don't expect to be able to "talk'. Only yell through the other people yelling. Theres a clothing store at the bottom with incredibly overpriced merch. Overall it's alright. Way overpriced honestly.
