We had the best time here, Great atmosphere and staff. Sierra was the best bartender we loved her! She told us all about the area and establishment. Definitely recommend coming here for a fun time.

I recently visited this establishment and had an amazing experience, especially considering I had never played simulated golf before. Even while using a wheelchair, I was able to fully participate and genuinely enjoy myself, which made the experience even more meaningful. The simulator offers a great assortment of games that are fun and easy to jump into, regardless of skill level. The atmosphere is energetic and welcoming, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout my visit. I also really enjoyed the music playlist—I even caught myself singing along a few times. One small suggestion for improvement would be incorporating a sensor on the balls or clubs so players don’t have to retrieve the ball after each hit, as that part can feel a bit like playing fetch with yourself. Aside from that, the experience was fantastic. This was something completely new for me, and I would absolutely be willing to do it again. I highly recommend hey golf simulator for anyone looking for a fun, inclusive, and unique experience.

Fun atmosphere! Sierra the bartender went above and beyond she needs a raise for how well her customer service was!!!! 10/10 recommend!!! The prices were definitely not bad for the fun !

Randomly stopped in on a drizzly Sunday in Banner Elk and had a great experience! A lot of tvs, all showing different coverage of the US Open, 3 top of the line Trackman overhead simulator bays with over 400 courses to choose from, and a full service bar making fresh squeezed margaritas! The owner Dean was serving drinks and co-owner Tyler was setting up rounds of fun competitions (closest to the pin & long drive). The members & guests of the place were very friendly & inviting. The weather cancelled our day of outdoor recreation but The TURN came in clutch and saved the day! This place is family and dog friendly and has plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating with a great ambiance. Rain or shine, next time you're in Banner Elk, make sure to stop in and ENTER YOUR NAME.
