The Tips, Golf Lounge and Lessons

We stumbled into Elliot's world by introduction from coach Barnes. My son had been hacking around at the courses for months, getting progressively more frustrated, and honestly I was running out of ideas. Best decision we've made in his golf journey, hands down. First lesson, Elliot spent maybe 15 minutes just watching my son hit balls. Didn't say much. Took some video. Then he pulled up the analysis on his software and suddenly everything clicked. We could actually SEE what was happening in the swing - the early extension, the casting, all the stuff that sounds like gibberish until someone shows you frame by frame what's going on. The tech setup here is legit. Not some afterthought they slapped together, but actually integrated into how he teaches. But here's the thing - and I cannot stress this enough - Elliot doesn't hide behind the gadgets. The technology serves the teaching, not the other way around. He knows when to reference the numbers and when to just say "feel like you're doing X" and let my son figure it out with his body. That balance is rare. What really gets me though is watching how he connects with the kids. My son is 16 and can be, shall we say, not always receptive to adult instruction. Elliot found his wavelength immediately. There's genuine enthusiasm there. Not the salesman kind, the real kind. He celebrates the small wins, doesn't dwell on the misses, and somehow makes a teenager actually WANT to practice. If you're a parent you know how impossible that sounds. I believe my son will dropped 6 strokes off his handicap in three months. More importantly, he actually looks forward to practice and go for next lesson now. That's worth every penny and then some. Five stars, would be six if Google let me.

Elliot is an excellent teacher. He is always very positive and genuinely gets excited when you get better. You can always refer to your videos and chat from previous sessions to stay up and your training drills. Just convinced my son to take lessons there and he loves it! The Tips and Elliot are amazing!

The Tips is such a great spot. Whether you're there for a lesson or just want to swing the clubs with some friends, the space has an awesome setup and a super relaxed vibe. The simulators are top notch and everything is really clean and well put together. Elliott is an incredible coach. He has a great eye for the little things and explains stuff in a way that actually makes sense. I’ve learned a ton from him, and the way he uses video and tools makes it really easy to see your progress over time. If you're into golf at all, definitely check this place out!!!

Started training with Elliot about a year ago..I went from well into the 100's to the low 80's. Still have a ways to go but Elliott is absolutely amazing. His upbeat positive training is great. The videos are great reference when between lessons The new facility is very comfortable weather your there for lessons or just a quick tune up. Looking forward to many more lessons towards my goal of scratch

Since working with him, my game has drastically improved — he even taught me how to consistently hit a draw!
