But what truly elevates this spot is the exceptional hospitality, led by the incredible manager, Xanna. She’s an absolute gem—extremely personable, warm, and charming in the best possible way. Xanna has that rare ability to make every guest feel genuinely welcomed and valued, remembering names, offering thoughtful recommendations, and creating a relaxed yet upscale environment. Her generosity stands out too; whether it’s comping a round for a group celebrating a birthday, going out of her way to accommodate last-minute requests, or simply ensuring everyone has an unforgettable time, she pours heart into every interaction. It’s clear she loves what she does, and it shows in the smiles on everyone’s faces. The bar complements the experience perfectly with craft cocktails, quality drinks, and solid food options that pair well with a few holes. Overall, this is the kind of venue that makes you want to come back again and again. I recently went to The Tips Golf for happy hour with a group of colleagues. I have been to many local golf courses however I do not play golf, yet I had an incredible time. I was greeted by a very friendly staff as soon as I walked into this beautifully decorated venue. Before we settled into our golf simulator bay, a team member took the time to give us a very nice tour and I could see that a lot of thought and time went into every detail. Very luxurious, golf themed decor right down to the wait staffs' golf sweaters. He explained that the simulators have hundreds of golf courses from around the world. We ordered a couple of sampler platters, delicious! My favorite was the chicken skewers. The drinks from the impressively stocked bar were on point and presented very well. Golf Pro, Liam, helped us program the simulator and stopped by several times to check on us and give some golf tips. This was helpful for those in the group that are not golfers. The owner, Alejandro, made sure to check in with each person to ensure they were having a good time and visit with us. To my suprise, he told me that he gets a nice crowd at 7:00 am of Brickell professionals that come in to play before going to the office. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. It was Thursday evening and each bay had it's own TV so we didn't miss Thursday Night Football. The following day each of my colleagues, golfers and non-golfers, commented about what a great time they had. We will be back for sure!

What an awesome staff and ownership group! We brought our team for a fun outing. The facility was very clean, layout well thought out, and the equipment was top notch. Great handheld bites as well. But the staff really took our experience to the next level. Service was fast, but the staff were extremely personable and friendly. Taking time to joke around and talk to all the various guests (not just our group). I could tell they really cared about the customer, and their experience. Definitely look forward to returning on my next trip to Miami.

Had an amazing time at Tips Golf on a rainy afternoon in Miami. Such a classy, well-run space — not your typical indoor golf simulator. The atmosphere is stylish, relaxed, and genuinely fun. Ashley was fantastic and made an excellent espresso martini. The general manager was also incredibly welcoming and personable. Overall, great hospitality, great vibes, and a perfect spot to enjoy golf and drinks indoors. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was never a big fan of golf simulators, but this place completely changed my mind, it’s way more than just a simulator, it’s a full experience every golf lover has to try. Whether you play or not, you’ll have a blast. The cocktails are excellent and the atmosphere is top-notch. And the cherry on top? They let you use brand new TaylorMade gear, from the latest drivers to irons, all included. Honestly, I’ve never experienced anything like this in Miami.
