The Shop at Predator Ridge

On the last day of a weekend golf trip with friends, we did some shopping in the pro shop. There was one item in particular that I wanted (rain gear) however they didn’t have my size. Even with that knowledge, Danika continued to educate me on all aspects of the new technology and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. That was only the beginning of the exceptional service. After returning home I attempted to order the item online with no success. The company does not ship to Canada from their online store. I called the pro shop the following day to request their help. Since then, I have had several communications with Ward Pateman to make this happen. I can’t recall a single experience ever, with this level of customer service. Truly amazing!!!

The people here are awesome. For three years we have held a 16 guy, 3 day boys trip. We have never gotten any grief. Everyone is happy and cool. The golf course is awesome and accommodations are great They are also very accommodating. They searched for my range finder for days and finally found it. Thank you!!

For my quick look in the Pro Shop, everything looked to be done in a big way. Large selection and a busy place. While parking is an issue, the nice valet attendant let me park by the stone wall. My rushed visit had an unwelcoming feel with many rules that I should have studied up on before arriving. A good old boys club for sure and my visit was a bit of a bust.
