The Sand Trapp

This is hands down the best golf performance facility in the Bay Area. The mix of high tech golf equipment and training facility really helps you understand your swing and improve fast. The place feels super welcoming, the staff know their stuff, and if you’re looking for an instructor I definitely recommend Elliot, he makes the whole experience both fun and effective.

My son has been extremely interested in golf and I just wanted to harness that drive. I brought him to The Sand Trapp to see how he’d like it and he couldn’t stop raving about when’s the next time we are going back. My son is 5 years old, so I was curious what kind of workouts can a boy his age can do but he did fun and interactive workouts along with learning the structure of golf. I highly recommend The Sand Trapp for all ages! Truly an amazing facility!

I had the pleasure of taking a private lesson with Elliot one of the trainers at the sand trapp. He also did a swing assessment since I am just beginning to golf. He was very patient with me and helped me make adjustments. Im already improving since my last lesson and cant wait for my next. Highly recommend Elliot. They also have a gym for mobility training here as well and bay rentals by the hour.
