The Patio @ Rudy's

By far the most affordable and high quality restaruant in palo alto or mountain view. All plates are around 20$!!! This is amazing. Got the pesto pasta and the chicken piccata and it was on par with a 30 or 40 $ plate at any other place. Full bar, high quality. See attached photos if you don't believe me!

We went to have lunch before attending the Stanford and SJSU football game. The place was not busy, it was early afternoon. There was a group of 10 of us, adults and 3 children. We ordered wings and tots for appetizers, they were decent. All of us ordered the burgers and fries, the wait to get our food was very long and when we received it they were all burned. 🔥 They forgot one of the burgers, when we finished eating the last burger came out. We sat outside and didn't know who our server was because we tried to flag anyone that came by to refill our drinks (coke and tea). I was told this place was great with good food. I didn't see anything great about this place or enjoy good food or service. We had to flag someone down to pay our $200+ bill. If we had better service I may have rated them with 2 stars.

The Patio is a great spot for any sports fan. With plenty of TVs both inside and out, it's easy to catch all the games you want without missing a beat. The bar offers indoor seating, an outdoor area, and a nice street patio setup, so there’s a vibe for everyone. The food and drinks were decent—nothing extraordinary, but they get the job done. What really stood out was the staff—friendly, attentive, and kept things running smoothly even when it got busy. Overall, The Patio is an excellent sports bar with a lively atmosphere and everything you need for a good game day experience. Would definitely come back.
