The Lab Monterey

I spend more time at the lab than I do my own house. this is the perfect one stop shop for all your fitness and wellness needs. from the state of the art equipment, helpful and knowledgeable trainers to the recovery options, it cannot get any better. the classes always challenge me and go by quickly due to the formula they have. Jimmy and Nino always challenge me to do better and push me more than I would ever push myself. The red light bed and cryotherapy are my absolute favorite! I recommend this gym and community to all my people. I was a bit hesitant to join at first due to price but I can say it’s worth every penny. After all, health is wealth right? I love the classes. It's a great community. The coaches are super friendly and knowledgeable. The movements and exercises we do are entirely out of my wheelhouse; I would have never made a program like this myself and therefore think the Lab worth the money. I just show up and know I'm in for something good. I still do workouts outside of the classes for my own athletic goals and hobbies, but the program is overall robust and balanced. There's a lot of modifications to exercises that can be made, and once you get to know the coaches, they can further direct you. The classes are a great addition for more advanced athletes while being a suitable foundational program for beginners.

Really a fantastic gym! I’ve been coming here 3–4 times a week for the past year and have nothing but incredible feedback. All the coaches are genuinely invested in helping you get stronger, more flexible, and build well-rounded functional strength. They’re highly focused on optimizing body composition, with quarterly progress tracking that keeps you motivated and accountable. Being part of a golf academy, this place has been an added bonus for my training. The equipment is state-of-the-art, and the amenities — including cryotherapy, infrared therapy, and a sauna — make recovery just as rewarding as the workouts. Truly a gem of a gym!
