The Lab 301

I’ve been going to The Lab 301 here in Bowie and it’s honestly become one of my favorite spots. The indoor golf simulator setup is legit. The ball tracking feels accurate, the courses look great, and it actually helps you work on your swing instead of just guessing what you did wrong. One of the best parts for me is bringing my son to practice. It’s been a great way for us to spend time together and work on our game at the same time. The environment is relaxed and welcoming, not intimidating, which makes it perfect whether you’re serious about improving or just want to have fun. Everything is clean and well put together, and the whole experience just feels easy from booking to playing. If you’re in Bowie, MD and want a solid indoor golf spot to practice year-round, this is definitely worth checking out. We’ll keep coming back.

Fantastic golf simulator!! Perfect solace to practice and see all the data Trackman has to offer. Space was clean and comfortable. Looked at membership optional nd it almost seems to good to be true. Nothing I've been to has the value and convenience that The Lab 301 offers. 10/10

I found this place Googling for a driving range local to Bowie where I could also take lessons. It is a very clean, well appointed business with plenty of comfy seating. Meeting the owner I immediately signed up for a membership, and he guided me through all the various golfing options. Only three days later (yesterday) I went back for my first lesson which gave me a good start to relearn the basics (took lessons 20 years ago, didn't play much since). I fully expect using this facility to help speed up the time mastering the golf swing.

The Lab 301 is the perfect simulation spot. The trackman that shows your swing gives you such precise information you’re able to work on your swing year round.
