Good experience! The instructors could have more energy and enthusiasm as it feels like they are going through the motions and not really enjoying teaching.
I recently called to make a reservation for two as a surprise for my husband's birthday. While I was genuinely excited to support a local business with such a unique concept, the first impression over the phone was a bit underwhelming. The person who answered seemed preoccupied, engaging in another conversation while taking my call. I completely understand that things can get busy—when he paused our conversation once, I was patient. But when it happened a second time, it felt a bit unprofessional. Interestingly, I ended up hearing more about how the business got started and a suggestion made by his cousin, who is currently attending university, than anything related to my reservation. First impressions matter, and this interaction made me hesitate to move forward with the booking. I hope this was just an off moment and that feedback like this encourages a more polished approach in the future. The idea behind Force Academy is fantastic—it just needs that same level of care reflected in every interaction.
The kids loved it. Flew to Montreal for a day and decided to check them out. Staff is very accommodating, courteous and aswome with kids. I hope they open up a location in Toronto. Keep up the good work. May the force be with you 😁.
