The Factory

We just spent two days here between the Children’s Museum and the trampoline / lil climbers area and arcade! This place is beautiful, well laid out and spotless! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The prices are incredibly fair and everything is new looking and in amazing condition which can be rare for places like this. There is so much to do and you can easily spend an entire day (or 2) here especially when combined with the museum. Highly recommend!!!

Kids all said “dad this place sucks”. No rope course, wheel broken. You can jump that’s it. If you enjoy wasting money have fun. I had tickets to use the rope course and it was a waste. Management must suck you’re already saving money on not fixing the wheel or pay staff to man it. I’ve never been so disappointed. No one from the factory will read this so what does it matter. Wasted my money and the kids time. The rope course is there waiting to be used and you can’t afford to have a staff member there on call to service kids that want to use it give me a break. It’s normal business practice now to just be cheap. No one was even on the floor with the kids watching them. You have this amazing environment to create a fun adventure for kids and adults alike but you choose to waste it. Example it’s Halloween October and you don’t have any Halloween stuff up. What an opportunity to make money around the Halloween season like Canada’s Wonderland.

The factory This place is great, especially on a rain day. Its biggest down fall is that it’s too big. They offer many packages for trampolining,rope walking, games etc. The top floor features a theatre, party rooms and mini golf. Outside of the factory are businesses and a children museum in on the very top floor. There are 7 parking lots and an overflow lot that seem to fill up fast so get there sooner than later.
