Location: South Suburbs / Southland (Flossmoor, IL) Parking: Small on-site lot with overflow parking directly across the street on a quiet, non-busy road. Airflow / Odor Control: 10+. This is one of the few cigar lounges where you can tell serious money was invested in the HVAC system. Smoke is quickly extracted, and clean air is recirculated throughout the space. You do not leave smelling like an ashtray, which makes this an excellent option for guests who are sensitive to lingering smoke odors, including women concerned about hair and clothing. Customer Service: 10+. Truly white-glove service. Restrooms: 10+. Think Architectural Digest-level finishes. Cigar Pricing: Comparable to retail and discounted retail. No price gouging simply because it’s a lounge. Overall Impression: This is a cigar lounge you must experience in person. Photos do not do it justice. The building has no windows, which adds a unique mystique. It’s very easy to drive past without realizing what’s inside, which somehow makes it feel even more special and inclusive. There is a standard entrance and a separate VIP entrance with key-fob access, allowing immediate entry into the VIP area. Upon entering, you’re greeted by genuinely kind and welcoming staff who are happy to educate newcomers while recognizing and welcoming regulars. The first thing you notice is how intentional the space is. Nothing feels thrown together. Every detail in the public area—floors, walls, lighting, door hardware, humidor design, and seating—has clearly been thoughtfully curated. Public Area Ambiance: Low lighting with candlelit tables. Small snacks and cookies are available for purchase. The illuminated bar alone is worth seeing. VIP Area Ambiance: This is not a typical mass-seating cigar lounge. The VIP space feels more like an intimate speakeasy, with multiple smaller areas designed either for groups or for relaxing while enjoying a cigar, cocktail, and one of the many large TVs. There’s even a golf simulator. The layout feels like a carefully curated furniture gallery rather than an open floor plan. Music: No loud music. Very classy. This is not a party spot. It’s a destination for date nights, relaxing evenings, or a weekly routine. Food: Outside food is allowed, and they will plate it for you. They also have a chef on occasion, with food available periodically. I recommend calling ahead for details. I observed guests enjoying fully plated meals in the VIP area. Beverages: Excellent glassware, well-prepared cocktails, soft drinks, and water. This is not BYOB. Alcohol can be purchased through their affiliated beverage store, including bottled spirits and batched cocktails at standard retail pricing. Attire: Come as you are, but this is an elevated environment. Most patrons were dressed in polished casual or business-casual attire. This is not a rundown hookah lounge or party spot. VIP Access: Pricing is not publicly listed but is fair and reasonable. You'll need to ask in person. Private Events: The public smoking area is frequently booked for private events and may be closed to the public. Non-VIP guests should call ahead. VIP members always retain access regardless of events. Tastings & Experiences: Regular cigar, spirits, and luxury brand activations, including high-end lifestyle brands. Growth: They are opening a second location in the North Suburbs, and based on this location, it’s easy to see why. Highly recommended.

Pure Premium Experience! By sheer chance, I found Embassy Lounge in Chicago Heights, and it exceeded all expectations. This is a high-quality, premium establishment through and through. The ambiance is perfect, the service is superb, and the quality of the cigars is excellent. Their selection is great, with a notably extensive collection of the Plascencia brand. If you're looking for a relaxing, top-tier cigar experience, look no further. I wholeheartedly recommend it and can't wait to return.
