The Dome at Adventure Crossing

This past Friday I had the chance to visit The Dome at Adventure Crossing for two hours of Toptracer Range golf. The place was absolutely packed out with people in groups for birthday parties, regular families and friends just hanging out and everything in between. We got to our bay and set up to play as soon as we checked in. It took a little over 30 minutes for our waitress to come take our drink and food order. She was nothing but kind and apologetic, I think she was one of only a few people working that night. As stated, the bays were full of guests upstairs and on the main floor, the bar was full and the virtual areas were full. They were definitely short staffed. It took maybe another half hour for our food and drinks to arrive, though everything was delicious! Of course we didn’t take it out on her as we knew she was taking care of a lot of patrons. They definitely do need to make sure they are better staffed on busy weekends, though! The overall experience was great here. It was definitely pricey; food, drink and the game itself. I will return because it is close to home!

We hosted our DreamCatchers Youth Foundation Cornhole Tournament at The Dome at Adventure Crossing and it was the perfect venue. From the start, the team went above and beyond accommodating every request, making sure all the details were handled, and creating a great experience for our guests. We had a BBQ setup, brought in live music by On The Rockz, and professional cornhole tournament organizers, and The Dome team made it all run smoothly. Most of our attendees were there for the first time and were genuinely impressed by the space. They even added thoughtful touches like displaying all of our sponsor logos across the venue screens, which gave our event an extra layer of professionalism and visibility. If you're planning a fundraiser, team-building event, charity tournament, or private party in New Jersey, The Dome delivers on space, service, and support. It's also easily access from I195 and the garden state parkway. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for an entertaining way to waste your time and money, look no further than the Jackson Dome. This experience was truly a masterclass in how not to run an operation. The moment we walked in, the most striking observation was the sheer number of staff members it felt like they outnumbered the customers by three-to-one, yet somehow, service was nonexistent. It was an army of people with absolutely no direction or discernible purpose. Trying to find someone who could answer a basic question felt like an Olympic sport. The equipment was terrible and obviously neglected, and the promise of various amenities was a joke, nothing was actually available, including direction on how to operate the horrible software. The whole setup screamed budget cut, right down to the non-functioning displays. And the management? They were the invisible force behind the failure. The lack of presence and complete cluelessness from the one manager we could track down was astounding. It was clear no one was steering the ship, leading to the utter chaos and awful customer experience we endured. Save your money. Save your patience. Avoid the Jackson Dome until they figure out what they are actually trying to achieve. Drive the hour to top golf.
