One of the best decisions you will make is joining the CAC. Historic building, Great amenities such as the cold plunge, sauna, hot tub, steam room, basketball court, pickle ball and swimming pool. I have also met many friends and connections through this club that pays the membership yearly itself. Brad is one of the best trainers you could ever train with. Steve the president is the most solid guys around, Steve is making decisions that are for the best interest in the club. Brandon/Brad are doing a great job at keeping things moving forward so very happy to have them as the managers.

I joined 3 months ago and couldn’t be happier. The facility is extremely clean, never crowded, and Eric the director is constantly taking feedback for improvement. The club has also been a great resource for networking. It is definitely more of a “club” compared to just a gym.

I recently joined the CAC and am very happy with my choice. The establishment has an old school feel to match the historic architecture. The range of machinery and weights are what anyone would need whether a novice or expert. There are numerous amenities which make membership well worth it. The facility is never too busy which can be a problem at other gyms. Centrally located in downtown Cincinnati, it’s an easy walk if you’re a downtown dweller.
