The Bunker Southern Park

My first time there was tonight. The young woman working the golf area was nothing short of amazing! It was a very fun night and a great experience. I will definitely return based solely on the customer service.

The bunker!! Literally is a bunker hidden in plane sight!! I'm guess people are not catching the concept of a city built on steel!! This is a place where we can go for safety here in the near future I do believe we are gonna have to go into a bunkers for safety.. I'm literally gonna look for the hidden door with I believe I know just where it is and 99% of people are probably walking right past it not even realizeing that the ground under there feet is the roof of something much bigger I'm guessing they can't fell it idk but I did and all I did was drive over and trough the parking lot!! Not only did I feel it ground difference while driving in a car not on foot the EMF detector on my phone literally gave me the answers with extremely high and extremely low readings all within a few feet from eachother!! Just wanted to say thanks to the owner for opening this place!! This feels very important to me because people are not paying attention to what's going on around us and thanks again to the owner for an amazing project!! I honestly wish I wasn't going through a tuff financial time because I want to 100% tour this place but I'm currently not working and car got sent to a tow yard in austintown after having a very real and intense spiritual Awakening while driving and being sent to the hospital where they kept me for 3 weeks and put me on medication that did nothing at all I'm still experiencing the same thing as before the meds.I'm wondering if he had a similar experience and that's why he opened this place again thank you

Was there on Monday December 29. Absolutely horrible. They Bay was riddled with drywall chunks on the floor, furniture was more ragged then a dorm room,bar wasnt open for any beverages and there was no paper towels in the restroom to dry your hands. I have been to multiple simulators and this one will be the one I will never return to. $50/hour for filth

We reserved the Lake Club Lounge at The Bunker in Southern Park Mall through Double Bogeys for a family retirement party in April. I can't say enough positive things about our experience. The reservation process and menu selection with Double Bogeys was very smooth and straightforward. We worked with Nancy up front and Lisa on site - both were very friendly and professional. We did a buffet and each of the food options were delicious. They let us bring our own dessert and provided us with plates/utensils. The staff were super friendly and attentive, took down drink orders from us and would bring them directly to us from the bar (no need to wait in line!). Afterwards, they packed up the leftover food in takeout containers instead of throwing it away - loved that. They even added a complimentary cheese platter when we arrived! Again - top notch service that went above and beyond. This was a really quality experience that led to an awesome family event. Note: the Lake Club Lounge is BIG. Our group was about 20 adults and 10 kids. Could have easily fit 2-3x that amount. The room also includes option to use its own golf simulator which was perfect for the kids (they included all kinds of different games including kicking a soccer ball instead of using golf clubs). Reserving the room and golf simulator are separate flat fees (paid to the Bunker, I believe) and the food was standard catering per-person charge (paid to Double Bogeys). It's a partnership and it totally worked for us!

The kicked my family out because drunk college kids came in. I put money in for music and we just racked a table. Crazy thing when i went to get answers some started playing our game. Never again.
