The Back Nine Golf | St George, UT - Red Cliffs

I've had a membership with back 9 for a couple months now. I've tried contacting them about a launch monitor not reading correctly known by multiple people who I have talked to (bay1). I've left multiple messages with my number and sent emails, over the last month. I would love to hear back as I have other questions. I have called another locations (mesquite) that answered right away. I will not renew my membership at this location and go elsewhere due to the lack of customer service. Still have not heard from anybody or able to get ahold of anyone even after their reply. Is there any way to get ahold of someone at this location?

What a great place to hang out and practice golf!! The facility is clean, and the equipment is state-of-the-art. The owners really take care of the place and my game has improved 10fold.
