The Back 9 Golf & Sports Bar

We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and we’re pleasantly surprised with the experience! There is a nice patio, and the inside is great (although very, very quiet because they don’t play music). We ordered a few beers and wraps and everything came quickly and tasted pretty good. Only thing that would improve would be if they played some music to make it a little less awkward when you enter!

Found this place by accident! Diamond in the rough. Casey the bartender/cook/host was a true beauty. Had a nice cowbell lager called shindig that was light and flavourful. Chicken fingers and fries for the kids looked great and they ate every little crumb. We had the nacho with chilli and it was spot on. Came by sled and stumbled onto their entrance in the back parking lot behind Main Street. Anyways if you’re a snowmobile rider looking for a warm up this is the place to check out! Thanks to Casey for taking care of us and the kids. Will be back for sure!

This Sports Bar is a hidden gem! We rented it for a party of 25 and was more than comfortable with adults and children Food was delicious atmosphere was great and awesome staff. Thank you for a great afternoon!!

Food is AWESOME. Like I mean, super delicious. The vibe is AWESOME. It's like hanging out in your neighbors basement who happens to have a bar and food. I saw that someone else wrote that it's an older crowd; yes, it was when we were there and YAY. That suited us perfectly. Honestly, this is our new favourite pub. We can't wait to go back!!!! oh and by the way, we had garlic bread with cheese - super garlicky and cheesy! We had nachos - they were layered with cheese (I mean, no one does that. Usually it's just a bit of cheese on top) and potato skins that were the comfort food they were always meant to be. Thank you Back 9 for a fantastic dinner/experience!

In the UK, it is traditional to have a "home" pub where everybody knows your name. Well the Back 9 is now my "home" pub. Nice quiet pub. Has its regulars (of which I am now one) but they welcome new visitors. More of a place for 40's and over, than for the younger crowd. A patron can play golf there (hence the name). Also, they serve good food. Nice decor, plenty of parking. Nice place. I will definitely go there again because it is my new "home" pub. We'll done Casey and to the owner. Hurray! 😃
