TGW - The Golf Warehouse

Not sure what all of the negative reviews are about. They canceled my initial order quickly and without issue, and I was able to place my order immediately after. The order was here in 2 days! The box was slightly damaged, but the product was perfect. I am very happy with my purchase.

Worst experience ever! Bought and paid for a hybrid and paid for overnight shipping. According to their shipping information on their website, if you order it before a certain time in the afternoon in their time zone, it will ship the same day. I ordered it before 10am in the morning. They screwed up the shipping when it finally did ship, it would not have arrived until 4 days later. I figured it out quickly as I needed the club for a tournament I was playing in. So I contacted them the same day I ordered it and told them that I had not received the tracking number for my overnight delivery. They gave me the runaround about a new warehouse is delaying shipping temporarily. I told them that if they did not ship it that day for delivery the following day, to cancel the order. They said they would. Nope! The shipped it and it scheduled to be delivered 4 days later. I refused delivery and then let them know that I refused it and that I expected to be refunded as soon as they receive it back. They said my money would be refunded 3-5 business days after they got it back. It is now 9 business days later after they confirmed that they received it back and I still have no refund. I have emailed them and called them and all I get it the run around but no refund. They refunded the $25.99 for the overnight shipping, but I still have not been refunded the balance that they owe me which is $302.98. I am guessing I am going to have to dispute it with my credit card just to get my money back because this company is a scam!

My buddy, my referral to tgw, ordered a driver that was never shipped. He called to follow-up the next week to check on the order. He was told by the customer service rep that they had it in stock and would be shipped that day. 2 days later no update, he called and once again he was told by another rep that it was in stock and would ship that day. The next week his order was cancelled. Lesson learned, go elsewhere, never had this issue at globalgolf.
