Texas Double Deuce

We had a very negative experience due to the bartender’s behavior. When returning pool balls without the tray that had been taken, he became rude and aggressive. I tried to de-escalate by wishing him a Merry Christmas and saying we were all having a good time. He escalated further, followed us to the elevator, and yelled at us from above.

Saturday, 10/18/2025, was my first time to visit. I often wondered about this place but never would commit to visiting. Thankfully, a friend invited me to Saturday's event. I had a blast. The DJ played such awesome music that I woke up with sore legs from dancing so much 😁 There were no tables available, because they had already been reserved, which ended not being a bad thing. TX Double Duece has several nice sofas along the back that are much more comfortable than the stools at the table. Fortunately, I sat at the one nearest to Kezia who happened to be serving the beer. Kezia is phenomenal. I can't say enough about her. She has one of those personalities that radiates attributes favorable to the industry. I couldn't have been more pleased. She was extremely attentive and personable. Thank you, Kezia. And, yes, I remembered that you spell your name without the "h." 😁

Such a cool, fun spot with a great vibe. The golf simulator is awesome, and having pool and cornhole just makes it even better—there’s always something to do. The place is clean, welcoming, and just an all-around nice place to hang out. What really stands out is how friendly the staff is—everyone is welcoming, attentive, and makes you feel right at home. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

This place needs better staff training. While returning rented pool balls, the bartender demanded a tray that someone else had taken. When we tried to politely explain, the bartender became angry, cursed at us using vulgar language and slurs. One person in our group was threatened, and the bartender followed us to the elevator even shouting slurs from the balcony as we were trying to leave.

Review for Double Deuce – Tejano Night We had such an amazing time Saturday night at the Double Deuce for Tejano Night! The music was great, the vibe was perfect, and the drinks were ice cold all night. It was just one of those nights full of laughter, dancing, and good energy from start to finish. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to — 10/10 for the atmosphere and the fun crowd! 💃🎶🍹
