Tee Box West Haven

Facility is okay. Hard to schedule a session with only 2 bays. My biggest gripe though - I paid for a 30 day membership, the facility closed down a week for renovations. I was told my membership would be extended to make up for that. That didn’t happen. Emailed Tee Box and got no response (They responded when I wanted to cancel my subscription though). So paid $100 for a month, and only got 3 weeks of use.

I like the place, but I cancelled because my budget was iffy. I sent multiple cancellation requests through the app, which is what the agreement tells you to do. I have screenshots of emails that the cancellation requests was sent and received. I cancelled half a month before the next due date. They still charged me for the next month.

Great spot. We enjoy the fact that we can reserve a bay and show up and have a great time with the fam/friends without the hassle of having to deal with anyone or a difficult process. Worth it for sure.

This place is always popping! Bay reservations book fast so don't delay.

Great place to practice and enjoy company with friends.
