Fun, clean, and family-friendly! Tee Box Golf in Frederick is a great mix of golf and video game fun. The place is modern and well-kept, with super friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Our kids had a blast — we’ll definitely be back!

I’m disappointed with how this business handles cancellations, and more importantly, how unclear that policy is upfront. On Tuesday, I booked and paid in full for a 2-hour golf bay reservation scheduled for Saturday. Wednesday morning, an unexpected emergency came up, so I emailed them immediately to cancel. This was four days in advance, not last minute. They did confirm the reservation was canceled, but instead of refunding my money, they issued a “credit.” There was no discussion, no option, and no clear explanation of this policy at the time of booking. I was charged the full amount before ever showing up, and now I’m left with a credit I may never use. I understand businesses having cancellation policies. I don’t understand policies that aren’t clearly spelled out and default to keeping a customer’s money days in advance with no flexibility. That’s a poor customer experience, and it’s frustrating. Unfortunately, this interaction alone means I won’t return or recommend this place. Transparency and fairness go a long way, and this missed the mark.

Very well maintained indoor golf facility. Jason is such a great person excellent customer service. Enjoyed playing there for 3 hours. I will definitely recommend TeeBox Studio to everyone.

Been following Tee Box Golf Studio on social media since they announced they were going to be opening in Frederick! Got to go tonight and it was a great experience! The gentleman who checked me in and got me squared away on the simulator was knowledgable and had great customer service! I really appreciated his approach of showing me the basics and letting me know he was here if I had any questions or needed anything! To top it off, I got to randomly meet the owner while there. Jason was incredibly friendly and very welcoming! He was easy to chat with and even shared some of his future plans for the studio. I recommend you check it out! I’ll be booking a repeat for tomorrow! It was a lot of fun and I enjoyed learning more about my distances by using the simulator technology! Thanks!
