TARGET Indoor Golf

Not a good experience. We couldn’t hit our driver We would hit great drives and the ball wouldn’t even get past the ladies tee. Ended up playing three wood off the mat Which worked much better We also booked from 1-3 and the two golfers behind kept interrupting us opening the door and being rude Our time hadn’t even expired. The distance accuracy is way off I hit 6 iron normally 175 yrds not 230. We have been to much better establishments Sorry its a no go for us in the future

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Target Golf Guelph (Bay 8, Feb 27th) My friends and I booked Bay 8 at the Guelph location on February 8 and it was, without question, the worst simulator experience we’ve ever had. The bay was essentially unusable. We were hitting driver and the ball flight on the screen was completely broken — shots were going straight up into the air for absurd distances, then sideways, then even backwards. It made actually playing impossible. We called support and were told to restart the system. By the time we did that and got everything going again, we had already lost about 20 minutes of our booking — and they only added back 15 minutes. We were also told to call again if it didn’t fix the issue. It didn’t. So we had to stop playing again and spend more of our paid time on the phone with support instead of golfing. Meanwhile, there were multiple open bays around us and we were not moved. We were basically told to just deal with it. For the price they charge, that’s unacceptable. When we finally gave up and asked for a refund, we were told it couldn’t even be processed over the phone — we have to submit a separate email and go through a refund application process. That’s an absolute joke considering the service failure was on their end. To make things worse: - $28/hour for an open bay - Other Guelph simulators charge similar or less for private bays - Better technology elsewhere - Working systems - In the GTA you can find quality sims for around $18/hour We only booked here because other places were full. That will be our first and last time. Between the broken simulator, wasted time, poor support, refusal to move us to an open working bay, and the unnecessarily complicated refund process, the whole experience felt like a scam. Avoid this place — there are cheaper and far better options in Guelph.

Great place to golf at anytime. Love the interface and will consider the premium membership fee for maximum discounts.

Golfing isn't really my thing but we took our cub group and the kids had a great time learning, practising and cheering each other on!

Great spot, very well run with no staff and everything being automatic, haven't had an issue! Simulators have very good accuracy, making it easier to work on little things in your game!
