TARGET Indoor Golf

The down hill spiral…. At one point in the last year this place was well managed, clean, stocked vending machines and heck they had employees monitoring the place… now’s it’s really going down hill. Lately less and less staff at the location and the rooms are filled with broken chairs or couches… holes in the walls and garbage littered in various places. The guests are really ruining this place because no one is watching these locations and holds people accountable for their actions. I really hope we see change soon as I’ve decided to just start going to other locations for good experiences and clean environments. I really don’t want to walk into a golf sim with beer bottle caps and garbage left everywhere. Please ban these idiots who do so. Additionally, no balls found in the room, mats where worn out and washrooms covered in water… really disgusting.

Definitely not worth it. Booked there “private bay”, holes everywhere in the walls but instead of patching them they decided to screw random pieces of turf on the hole. drywall pieces everywhere on the turf, projector screen just loosely hanging not centered properly… at times computers were delayed with shots.. ceiling panels falling off. Just not an enjoyable experience for the price you are paying. Definitely do not recommend

I don’t know how this place has a 4.0 overall rating but after reading the reviews, it seems that whatever changed in the last 12 months has caused this place to completely go down hill. My husband and I were there today and the experience was horrible to say the least. The facility itself is DISGUSTING with garbage everywhere, the washrooms were wet and dirty with feces floating around in the toilets and there were run down mats that caused scratches on our clubs, mats that were completely missing altogether, there were no balls or tees, equipment that was not working properly or properly set up and holes in the walls and ceilings. This place was a disgrace and after going to simulators all over Ontario for over 5 years, I can confidently say this one was by far the worst. NEVER coming back as the only good thing about this place was leaving. Some advice to the owners/management, they should visit the Barrie location to see how a facility like that should be run. With staff on site and an actual clean and pleasant environment for their patrons. Complete rip off, don’t waste your money.

absolute worst golf simulator experience I have ever had. I have been golfing for over 25 years and been using simulators for over 6 years. this venues computers have issues and cant even get a simulator running. I paid to stare at a loading screen for 1.5 hours. and when taking practice swings I was able to hit the ceiling with my club. not well setup and will be forced to disputing the charge with visa because customer service seems to be absent when calling, and there is a lack of troubleshooting options available. Its a prime location with a lack of attention

My friend and I came here for the first time today and it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. The software was glitched for so many times. Screen was frozen frequently. We tried switching between clubs but it didn’t work. Always ended up restarting the game. We booked for 2 hours from 4pm - 6pm today and probably spent over half of the time trying to fix the system. I did leave them 2 stars because of one one good thing - their vending machine. I was starving and at least I could buy a small snack from the well running machine.
