We have had a rough start using this device. The blue tooth would not populate onto my Apple device. We hope that with a new device it will work. I give four stars because the support team responded more promptly than other support teams we have experience with.

I think my dog ate my Smart Marker, can’t find it. Just received my SLX Hybrid Saturday, and it’s gone. Immediately emailed my problem to SLX support. All they needed was A Proof of Purchase. Getting a new one. Without a great support staff businesses die, Swing Logic won’t with people like Mae Ann, she’s a rock star. Thanks Mae. Jack

I've own the SLX MicroSim since 2022. SwingLogic support staff quickly replied back to address my question and even provided a solution in the initial reply. Thank you!
