Swing Theory Indoor Golf

Great place to relax and even bring the kids. With it all indoors I can relax a bit knowing they won't run out into the green or fall into anything. I don't have to worry about the weather and the place is secure. Went to a recent private party and they even turned one of the rooms into a kids room and had Ms. Rachel on the screen! Love how they customized the place to accommodate all the guests.

If you see golf bags in Old Town Pasadena, it’s because of Swing Theory. They brought the sport here, and honestly, it might be the best thing to happen in the area in a while. The setup is legit. Huge bays, top of the line tech, and a space that’s clean, modern, and actually feels good to be in. It’s not pretentious, not trying too hard but checks all the boxes. It’s a spot where you can take your game seriously or just have fun with friends. There’s a putting area to get some reps in, TVs everywhere, and even a private room with bay too that’s spacious. They don’t serve food, but with it being in the heart of old town, there’s so many options around the corner, It’s easy to plan around and can enjoy there. Whether you’re here to train, hang, or just try something new, Swing Theory makes indoor golf feel like it belongs in Pasadena.

Great place to just hit the range when it gets too hot out or if you’re looking to get better at your swing. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful when I had questions on hitting driver and explained exactly how the sim works and what it all means. Highly recommend!

These guys have setup an awesome indoor golf sim suite with 3 bays in the open room, as well as a private bay with karoake. Awesome to have this in Pasadena now! Bookings are online or by classpass. They are a great spot to have dinner (tables and chairs for food) and golf or host an event

We had our daughter’s first birthday at Swing Theory and it couldn’t have gone better. The place is bright, spacious, and really easy to make your own. The owner was friendly and helpful, which made planning and setting up way less stressful. We had about 65 guests and the space fit everyone comfortably. The AC kept it nice and cool even though it was hot outside, and there were plenty of tables and chairs ready for us to use. We turned the private room into a kids play area with a soft play setup, and put Ms. Rachel on the projector and TV in there was a huge win with the toddlers. In the main area we had a slideshow of our daughter playing on the TVs, which made the party feel really personal and special. There was something fun for everyone. The kids loved the little putt putt area, the adults had fun with the golf simulators, and we even hooked up our Switch in one of the bays to play Super Smash Bros. Guests kept telling us how much fun they were having and how great the space was. Food was super easy too. One of the reasons we picked Swing Theory was because Pasadena has so many great catering options, and being able to bring in our own food was perfect. We set everything up buffet style along the long bar table, and the kitchen gave us extra space to stash drinks, cake, and supplies. Parking was simple since the De Lacey garage is right across the street, so nobody had issues getting there. The owner even helped direct our soft play vendor on where to park and unload, which was a huge help. Overall, the space was comfortable, fun, and super versatile. Both kids and adults had a blast, and we got a ton of compliments from our guests. Swing Theory really made our daughter’s first birthday a memorable one, and I’d definitely recommend it for any party or event in Pasadena.
