I have to say, out of all the stimulator places I've been to, especially the ones with impact vision. Swing and smash is hands down the best one. They have an updated version of impact vision and for accuracy it pretty dam well on point. Value wise id give them a 20/10 i got 2 hours and paid with tax about 25 bucks. Compared to a trackman at 35/hour this is the best you're going to get to be able to practice with realistic accuracy. I'll definitely be a long time customer. And as for their customer service, 10/10 the first day i had a hard time finding the door and Brian added some extra time that he didnt have to do. The only thing I could maybe nit pick at is the rooms to be a bit brighter but I have no complaints

A bit of an unconventional review. Due to heavy weather, my group and I were unable to come and play in the evening we had booked. That said, Brian sent a well written message in the morning with the various options, also being compassionate about the weather and the challenges it brought. We were able to very quickly and easily work out a great solution and I cannot thank Brian enough for the incredible customer care. This interaction alone makes me want to book again asap!

The facility is alright it is hard to be found from the mall area and very isolated. The washroom is dirty though and needs to be maintained. It is very cheap price in my opinion, great for practice on a budget . I think the owner should come and check the maintenance cause the jacket hanger is on the table and the ball is very dirty as well . But apart from that, it is good place to practice my golf

Such an amazing place and hidden gem for indoor golfing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came here yesterday and it was such a fun experience, Plus the price was really good!! There is a QR code on the outside door to scan and self check-in, I followed the instruction on the web and got in smoothly 😊 They have kits for kids as well (which I used when I first tried, it’s a bit easier for petite people). The place is very spacious and modern, I will celebrate a party with friends here next timee! 😍

I left my wallet once and the owner called me and made sure I got it back safely. 10/10 customer service.
