Strokes Gained Golf

Went to Strokes Gained Golf and had an awesome time! Trackman is the best simulator experience, giving you access to the top courses from all over the world. The virtual games were a big hit with my nieces and nephews. They thought it was “better than Top Golf!” By far the biggest bays in Lansing which makes it great for large parties. Love that this is open 24/7!

Very nice space. Bays are massive and setting up was easy even though I'm not tech savvy! Trackman technology also a huge plus for golf enthusiasts. Dedicated parking behind Marshall Music makes it easy to access. Definitely worth checking out!

The perfect golf sim experience. I’ve been to SGG three times now while on Christmas break and this is the best simulator experience I’ve ever had. I live in the Washington DC area and have experience with simulator/fitting facilities and these SSG have better tech and are more well maintained than any I have used around DC (or Lansing). In addition, the 24-hour scheduling app and dynamic pricing makes it easy to find a time and price that works. If you are an early riser or night owl, you can get a really low priced rate. The Trackman software is easy to use and has everything any golfer could need. It has everything from games for newer/younger golfers to dedicated practice and game-improvement for serious golfers. I’ve only played a couple of courses but there are hundreds to choose from. The Virtual Golf 3 courses have especially great graphics and are the most immersive. I will be back for more whenever I’m in the Lansing area. Protips: 1. If you have a lefty in your group, rent Bay 2. All the Bays are spacious, but Bay 2 has an extra foot or two of space for lefties. 2. Download the Trackman app before you go. It makes registering at the Bays quicker—plus you can plan courses and track your scores and yardages. 3. Keep an eye out for e-mails from SGG. I’ve been getting e-mails with discount codes for scheduling or gift cards since they’ve opened. Seems like there are plenty of ways to save a few bucks on already competitive pricing. 4. Bring a few balls if you are a high swing speed player. The Bays are well appointed with tees and high quality Titleist balls. The balls should work for the overwhelming majority of golfers, but you might find them a bit low compression/spin if you hit, say, a 7 iron more than 180 yds.
