I was fitted for golf clubs here on July 12, and unfortunately, my overall experience has been disappointing. Despite multiple requests for my fitting specs and a copy of my receipt, I still haven’t received either. Each time I’ve followed up, I’ve been told they would be sent, but months later, nothing has been provided. It also took over two months for my clubs to arrive, which was frustrating given the cost and expectations communicated at the time. I still have half of my fitting remaining, but given the lack of follow-up and professionalism, I’m uncertain about completing it here. For the amount I invested, I expected better communication and customer service.

Got my daughter fitted here and Alec knows exactly what he is doing. He didn’t try to upsell us and was only concerned about getting her dialed in the best he could. Gained distance with tighter groupings across the board. We were both very impressed. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to take it up a notch.

My husband was fitted for clubs on September 4. We were told the driver would be sent to us the following week and the irons would follow in two to three weeks. We paid in full. We have called and texted numerous times with one brief phone conversation over a month ago to let us know the irons were on back order and the driver would be mailed that very day. We are still waiting.
