Staley Farms Golf Club

We had an event at the club house/banquet place and overall it was a great experience!! The food was absolutely delicious. All 57 of us thought it was amazing food. We had the Signature Buffet and did the chicken and salmon with mac n cheese and vegetables and it was SO GOOD! Darby was very good at responding whenever I reached out, but I will note that I had to initiate the communication. I was planning the food for our entire tour, and every other restaurant had the "service charge" pretty much be the mandatory tip that they charge for big groups. So then I was surprised when for here, the service charge doesn't cover tip, and most of it goes to corporate. Looking online, it seemed I was not the only one under the impression that service charge is usually a mandatory tip for large groups. So then if you want to be a good tipper on top of that, plan an extra 20% from what you are quoted! What is that service charge for? Just make your food/rental price cover what you need to. Okay, rant over. Food= DELICIOUS Darby= Great to work with!! Whoever is running the place= Either put your service charge towards the wait staff or build it in to the cost of the food!

We had our daughter's rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception at Staley Farms Golf Club in October and it was perfect. (We had approximately 160 guests for reference) From the moment we signed the contract, Darby (the event coordinator) was very helpful and organized and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The whole Staley staff was friendly and efficient and our weekend ran smoothly. The food and drinks were all delicious and there are a lot of menu choices to choose from in various price ranges. The venue doesn't need a lot of extra decorating since it has an elegant vibe and the outdoor patio adds extra space if the weather is nice for your day. Darby was there on the day of the wedding and kept us calm and sane. We used many of Staley's table decorations and they had them all set up the day before. The staff was also very helpful with take down at the end of the reception and we were out of there less than an hour after the reception ended. Overall, our experience was amazing and I would highly recommend Staley Farms if you are looking to host an event.

I am hosting my rehearsal dinner here in November and I just can't wait. I met with the F&B director along with the Events Coordinator and they were both so helpful. They answered my long list of questions and were very accommodating to my needs. After this meeting my mother-in-law and I had a glass of wine and an app in the bar and grill- the staff was friendly and efficient. I know this event is going to be perfect thanks to the amazing staff at Staley!
