Southland Golf Simulator

We booked a golf simulator bay for my brother-in-law’s birthday, and when we showed up there was a mix-up and our time slot had accidentally been given away. It was frustrating at first, especially with a whole group there to celebrate. Then the manager, Cooper, stepped in and completely turned the night around. He didn’t just fix it — he genuinely took care of us. He upgraded us to a bigger private bay, gave us extended time, comped the entire night, and even brought out free pizzas and drinks. He kept checking on us and made sure we felt important and looked after the whole time. You could tell he truly cared about making the birthday special. What could’ve been a bad experience ended up being one of the most fun nights we’ve had. Customer service like that is rare. Cooper went above and beyond in every way — if I owned this place, I’d want him running it. Anytime we’re in town, we’ll 100% be back

Setup by the bar is nice. The private room is even better. Staff is great. Highly recommended!!

This place has shaved 7 strokes off of my handicap in about 6 months. Perfect way to dial in driver/irons. Staff is incredibly helpful and kind, and Cooper helped me fix my slice. I come here twice a week. Would 200% recommend to anyone who's trying to improve their game.

The employee was about 20 minutes late opening the simulator for us. The carpet enclosure was absolutely shredded and way to small. If you are use to premium simulators this is not it! With that being said the attendant did give us free drinks and let us stay a bit longer due to him not getting there on time.

We have used the private room and the bar simulators. Both are good, but the private room has higher ceilings and feels less cramped. It also seems to have better screen resolution.
