Skydive Spaceland San Marcos

Skydive Spaceland in San Marcos is my mom and brother’s absolute favorite place to celebrate their birthdays! For the last two years, they’ve chosen to spend their big day jumping out of a plane here—and they’ve loved every single second of it. 🪂 The instructors are incredible: professional, patient, and genuinely excited to make every jump special. From the drive in, to getting suited up, to that adrenaline-packed moment of stepping out of the plane, they make the entire experience unforgettable. You can really tell they love what they do. The facility itself is always spotless—super clean, organized, and welcoming. We bring my little sister along every time to watch, and even waiting around is fun because the atmosphere is so lively and positive. Plus, they always have the yummiest snacks to munch on while you wait! Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, checking off a bucket-list moment, or just craving a good adrenaline rush, this place is absolutely worth it. Currently going through there skydive course. Its is amazing and the staff is great. Hank Priester is an instructor and is absolutely a pleasure to work with, I recommend him to anyone going or think of going through the program. Goes the extra mile to help build your confidence and just have fun. Enjoy it. The whole staff i give a thumbs up.

Had a great time here! My instructor was Andrew, a super cool and relaxed jumper who was very informative, educating and accommodating to allow me to take control of the toggles and steer/land! I jumped with my older brothers who didn't have the same cool kind of trainer I did. I've only done static line jumps in the military so this wasn't the same or as cool since we get to jump from 14000 ft and free fall for a while here. Compared to a place up north in the Killeen area, this place is much more structured, professional, orderly and accommodating. You can tell that Andrew really loves his job/hobby and enjoys life! We got the discounted 2nd jump deal so I will be going again and taking more of my family to jump with.
