Shotgun Indoor Golf Markham

This is not what I expected. We were looking for a late night golf simulator place on Christmas Eve. I found this place with great reviews. But since it’s Christmas Eve I wanted to confirm they are open. There was no phone number available to call on google or their website. We decided to try our luck and just make a reservation to go there. To our surprise no one was there. Not even an attendant. The door automatically unlocks within 10 mins of reservation. There were no clubs available at the bay. We saw a locked door that had a QR code to access rentals but it didn’t even work! So without clubs we couldn’t play. So we decided to leave. The owner must’ve saw me on their surveillance and called me after we left. When I asked for a refund they said they mention this all over their website and that they’d have to escalate it to their manager. I do not support these lazy businesses that think they don’t need to offer any human interaction or services and everything is self serve to make profits. There wasn’t even anyone periodically checking up on the space to clean. As we saw in the private room stale food piled up on the table. It was disgusting. I would not recommend this place. Update: responding to below reply from the owner - I did not speak with the manager before the session started. I spoke with him on the phone AFTER we left the facility. At this point even if he was going to provide instructions on the club rental I was not going to drive back to the facility. I don't feel the need to lie because I will not be returning there and all it impacts me is I lost $50 on the session because they refuse to refund but I want to warn people like me who frequents golf simulations to understanding what you are signing up for. The website does not make it obvious that this is a self-serve establishment. The fact that the owner is refuting my review is their prerogative.

This is THE BEST golf simulation space & it’s located in the charming Main Street Markham area. It offers well-designed booths that ensure excellent privacy. The establishment features a spacious party room, perfect for group gatherings. There is ample space to store belongings and comfortably observe while others are playing. The simulation system is brand new and top-notch, equipped with advanced sensors and cameras that accurately track player movements, enhancing the overall experience. The venue is impeccably maintained and clean, contributing to a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. I look forward to returning for more quality screen golf sessions.

Looked into booking at several similar businesses in the area, and Shotgun was hands down the very best. Their customer service is FANTASTIC - you can actually get a human (a friendly and personable human!) for anything you might need. That said, the online booking process is clear and simple. Great facility .

Great facility, management, and communication. As a self-automated facility, I am very impressed by how easy it is to get access and load up a game. Jade is the best and is always accommodating whenever needed. Highly recommend! Justyn

Tried a few other places . Shotgun golf hands down one of the best out there. Well priced. Always clean. Always working. If any problems they have a phone number to always reach someone. At their Markham 2 private bays with 4 public bays. All using trackman IO
