We booked bay 103 and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. I’m not sure if it was just the bay but the system kept malfunctioning throughout most of our booking. The balls were constantly getting jammed, and the automatic tees wouldn’t come up properly. The fairway mat was also very worn out. We called customer support and they were quick to respond, which we appreciated. However, most of the troubleshooting suggestions didn’t resolve the issue. It honestly felt like the majority of our session time was spent trying to fix the system and speaking with customer service rather than actually playing. By the end, we gave up and manually placed the ball on the tee with parts of the system turned off just to get some swings in. It was frustrating, especially considering we paid for the full session but didn’t get the full experience. They did offer a credit, which we acknowledge, but given how much of our booked time was affected, we’re not sure we even want to come back to use it. Hopefully this was just a one-time situation, because the concept has potential — it just needs more reliable equipment.

It was my first time with SGreenGolf and it was an easy booking. The mats needs replacing, it was worn out and have holes. Also the ball is not going into the ball feeder automatically since the slope Is not well designed for balls to go back. IT was quick and a great help. Price is good but people are too loud and music was blasted and other groups don’t care.

I keep coming back because this place offers great value for its price. The atmosphere and golf experience are excellent. Mr. Kim also gave me a helpful tips on my golf during my previous session. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Im not that person to leave bad reviews. Gentleman on whatsapp was very kind and helpful its the only reason I changed my mind. As for Nicki I wish I can leave you only a bad review with your bad attitude. Nicki you are absolutely very bad at customer service and satisfying your customer.

Professional set-up, clean and welcoming space. Lots of privacy for group gatherings and golfing. I am a new learner and see myself knowing how to keep the right posture, striking the balls properly on my first day. Balls come back and tee up automatically, I can just focus on practicing and improving my skills with the immediate feedbacks on screen - like having a personal coach beside. Control panel right at your feet level, quick and easy. Definitely I recommend to everyone. Most effective with a pass - book anytime and for more hours with friends. Good for team building activities as well.
