I tried to remember his name which I think is Andrew but he’s a bartender and a manager is what he said. Me and my family come in on tuesdays with jim and I received great service and I promised I would leave a good review about him. Surprisingly he was very attentive and very polite. I can really appreciate a bartender who can go above and beyond even if the bar only has us in it. I had a great time because of it and we will be a frequent customer at scratch! Even with the road closure he made sure to inform us and direct us on the proper way to navigate the closure. I had a great time and I want him to be recognized for the effort he put in. It doesn’t take much to make someone or a table happy and he was great at giving the perfect amount of attention without being at the table to much. He gave us our space and never made us feel rushed to order more. That honestly made us order more! As a whole the whole family was able to have a great time especially compared to a big corporation like suite shots! We will only come here now because of that and yall deserve recognition!

Never been to a place like this but we had our grandsons birthday party here and everyone had a blast. Summer is amazing she took such great care of us. Go check it out, and ask for her! It is such a unique concept.

We went with a group of couples to Scratch and rented the large, private bay. It was awesome! The owner and staff were amazing. Austin took time to show us how everything worked and how to set up our driving range and course play. The waitress was amazing, always checking in and keeping our drinks full. The golf simulation was on point! Multiple grass options for sand, rough, fairway and greens. I highly recommend this place for lots of fun and a great indoor golfing experience. We will definitely return!
